The General Data Protection Regulations (known as GDPR) came into effect on May 25th 2018. These regulations replace the Data Protection Act 1998 and require any company or person who collects, holds and shares personal data, to audit their information and ensure that the information collected and held is done so for a specific purpose.
We have effective procedures in place to protect your data, ensuring the companies we are required to share information with are also compliant with the new regulations.
Our school privacy notice informs you of what information we collect as a matter of course, why it is required and whether we are required to share it with other entities.
A copy of this notice is available in the office or you can download a copy here:
We also update our images/video consent policy in line with the most recent regulations.
This allows us to share our pupil’s activities and achievements with our community. If you need a new copy to amend or withdraw consent for use of images and videos, please click on the link below to find our consent form page.
